Where is Stuff Self Storage?

You can find us at these two amazing locations below:

Are you easily accessible from downtown O’Fallon?

Absolutely. Our O'Fallon facility is only 1 mile from downtown O’Fallon via W 3rd St. That’s a 4 minute drive!  
Are you close to any other attractions or businesses?

We sure are. Stuff Self Storage is close to HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Scott Air Force Base, Memorial Hospital East, McKendree University, Walgreens, Pizza Hut, Dollar General and Denny’s. There’s all sorts of things to do in the area when you’re finished at your storage unit.
Which other neighborhoods do you serve?

Thanks to our accessible and central locations, we’re popular with businesses and homes all across the region including Scott AFB, Shiloh, Fairview Heights, Lebanon, Mascoutah, Belleville, Swansea, Collinsville, Granite City, Glen Carbon, Maryville, Edwardsville and St. Louis.

What sizes of self-storage do you have?

Our units range from 25 square feet to 800 square feet.

Do you have any security features?

You bet! Our facilities are equipped with high tech surveillance cameras which constantly watch all vehicles arriving and leaving. We’re also fully fenced with secure gated access.

Do you have drive-up access?

We do. By driving up to your unit and parking directly outside it, you can unload your belongings quickly and easily.

Do you offer vehicle parking?

Uncovered outdoor parking is available! Please get in touch today for availability.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are from Monday to Friday 10 am - 4 pm.

The office is closed and I need to speak to someone, what can I do?

If you happen to miss us at our locations you can leave us a voicemail and we'll return your call as soon as we can the next business day. We can be reached via phone Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm.







How do I rent a unit?

Can I rent a storage unit online?

Absolutely! We offer contactless eRental which means you can pick the perfect space online and and move in right away.

Do I have to sign a lease?

There is no lease with Stuff Self Storage. You sign a straightforward storage service agreement prior to moving in. The agreement is a simple "no fuss" contract that can be signed online!

What is the minimum time I can store with you?

Our minimum chargeable storage period is 1 month. You can use our storage units for as short a time as you wish.

Do I need to pay a deposit for my storage unit?

Not at all. No deposits are required when renting at Stuff Self Storage.
When is my rental fee due?

Your rental fee is due on the first (1st) day of the month.

How do I pay for my unit? Is there a way to pay online?

You bet! Pay your storage bill online here.

Does Stuff Self Storage send monthly invoices?

No. We only invoice upon request.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Your unit rental payment can come in the form of a check, credit card, debit card, or ACH.
Can I do autopay?

You bet! We offer and recommend autopay as it is the best way to stay current with your account.
I want to transfer units. What do I do?

You are welcome to move to another unit, if there is an availability. Please contact us to transfer units.

Do I have to give you notice to leave?

Yes., we simply ask for 15 days notice. There is no additional paperwork you’ll need to fill out. Once you’ve removed all your items from storage, please remember to take your lock with you, so that we know you are no longer using the storage unit.
