Stuff Self Storage LLC and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following notices, terms, and conditions.
Promotions and Offers
- Subject to change. Promotions are valid for new customers only.
- Subject to specific units and availability. Other restrictions, taxes, fees, and administrative fees apply. See contract for full details.
- Not available on transfers or additional spaces. Pricing is subject to change.
- Reservation is required to guarantee price.
- Actual unit sizes may vary from approximate size estimates. Please inspect any unit before renting.
Refunds & Cancellations
All rental transactions are final. If you rent a storage unit or space, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the rental period for which you have paid, including prepaid rent. Customers rent on a month-to-month basis.
The rental period begins on the date the lease is signed and automatically renews on the execution date of each successive month. Rent is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is not prorated for move-outs. No rent refunds are made within the first 30 days of the lease under any circumstances. Additionally, the initial Administration Fee is completely non-refundable.
No refunds of partial months are made if the Occupant vacates the Leased Space before the end of the current term. If your account is overcharged due to a verified administrative error, the discrepancy will be refunded once we are notified and the error is verified.
Merchandise Sales: We do not accept refunds on merchandise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stuff Self Storage LLC, its contractors, licensors, owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including legal and attorney fees, arising out of your use of the website and services, including but not limited to your violation of any representation, warranty, or restriction contained in these Terms and Conditions or your underlying Rental Agreement.
