Meet Garrett

Garrett runs a tight ship. The grounds stay clean, the units stay ready, and the little things that make a place feel cared for don't slip past him. That attention is a big part of why so many of our customers come back, and why they send their friends and family our way.
First-time renter with a hundred questions? Garrett's got patient answers. Coming back for the third time? He probably remembers your name. Those 5-star reviews aren't luck — he earns them one customer at a time.
Meet the team
Behind every clean hallway, secure gate, and well-kept unit is a team that takes real pride in the work. They show up, they pay attention to the details, and they treat our properties like they matter — because they do. When you call or stop by, you're dealing with people who care about getting it right for you.
Meet Erik
Erik is the first on the scene when something needs attention, and the one who keeps everyone on track. He knows our properties inside and out, holds the team to a high standard, and makes sure every customer gets the same well-run experience.
If you've called in with a question, there's a good chance Erik is the one who took care of it.
Meet Calvin
Calvin is Garrett's dog and right hand. He clocks in every morning, rides along on patrols, and personally inspects all the properties to make sure everything is up to his standards. A lot of our customers know Calvin by name, and plenty come hoping to see him.
He works for treats, greets everyone with a wagging tail, and has never met a sunny patch of pavement he didn't like. If you spot him on site, he's earned the right to a good ear scratch!
